Return Policy

We take utmost care in packing our products. However, in rare cases, items may get damaged during transit. If your product arrives broken, torn, or damaged, we will arrange a replacement, subject to the conditions below:

  • Unboxing Video Mandatory:
    Please record a clear unboxing video from the beginning. This video must show that the damage occurred during shipment and not after delivery.

  • Report Within 12 Hours:
    The unboxing video must be shared with us on WhatsApp at 7668725275 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests without an unboxing video or reported after the 12-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.

Refund Policy

Occasionally, courier partners may face delays due to non-operational days, high shipment volumes, logistical issues, or rare cases of incorrect delivery attempts. We kindly request your patience in such situations.

If a product cannot be delivered after multiple genuine delivery attempts, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Processing Time

  • After submitting the unboxing video, please allow 24–48 hours for review and confirmation.

  • Once approved, the pickup of the product is mandatory before a replacement is shipped.

  • Replacement items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful pickup.

Important Note on Wooden Products

Our Mugdars, Samtolas, Gadas, and other wooden fitness equipment are made from natural wood. Due to environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and air exposure, slight variations in weight over time are normal.

These natural changes are expected and do not qualify for return or replacement.
